Activitatea acvatica prenatala ofera femeilor insarcinate posibilitatea de destindere si relaxare, favorizand constientizarea corpului in evolutie. Este o ocazie unica de impartasirea a emotiilor, un moment privilegiat de comunicare intre parinti si viitorii lor copii.

Mediul acvatic este extrem de prietenos – preia disconfortul greutatii, amelioreaza durerile de spate si favorizeaza posturi care la sol par irealizabile.

Sedintele Aqua Natal sunt structurate pe exercitii de incalzire, tonifiere usoara (brate, umeri, pectorali, picioare si perineu), mobilitate, respiratie si  relaxare.

Principalele beneficii:

  • elimina disconfortul greutatii (apa preia aprox. 70% din greutatea corpului);
  • diminueaza presiunea exercitata asupra spatelui si picioarelor;
  • imbunatateste circulatia sanguina (masaj acvatic);
  • mentine mobilitatea articulara si tonusul muscular;
  • accelereaza tranzitul intestinal;
  • faciliteaza constientizarea respiratiei;
  • ajuta la relaxarea, detensionarea mentala si emotionala.

Pe durata activitatii acvatice femeile insarcinate realizeaza miscarile intr-o maniera proprie, in functie de propriul ritm si nivel de evolutie al sarcinii. Ele sunt indrumate sa se se relaxeze, sa descopere senzatii noi, sa impartaseasca trairile pentru ca STAREA DE BINE sa le insoteasca permanent pe durata sarcinii.

The prenatal aquatic activity offers to pregnant women the possibility of relaxation and leisure, favoring the awareness of the evolving body. It is a unique opportunity for sharing emotions, a privileged communication moment between parents and their future children.

The aquatic environment is extremely friendly – it takes the discomfort of the weight, relieves back pain and favors ground movements that seem unachievable.

The Aqua Natal sessions are structured in warm-up exercises, light toning (arms, shoulders, chest, legs, and perineum), mobility, breathing and relaxation. The main benefits:

  • they eliminate the discomfort of the weight (water takes approx. 70% of body weight);
  • they reduce pressure on the back and legs;
  • they improve blood circulation (water massage);
  • they help maintain joint mobility and muscle tone;
  • they accelerate intestinal transit;
  • they facilitate breath awareness;
  • they help relax, and relieve mental and emotional stress..

During the aquatic activity movements, pregnant women perform exercises in a personal manner, according to their own pace and the level of development of the pregnancy.
