Sports Club Luna Brasov was created from passion and love for swimming. Swimming represents one of the most interesting sports, being both relaxing and fun. Swimming is addressed to all age groups. Children can have fun in the water, and adults can benefit from the advantages it offers for the health. Besides improving physical condition, by practicing swimming we can benefit from wellbeing and relaxation, swimming being practiced only in a recreational sense too.

Sports Club Luna Brasov offers swimming classes for initiation, improvement and performance for little swimmers. Either being a beginner or a professional, our team offers assistance, support and knowledge about swimming.

Along with the training team of CS LUNA Brasov swimming becomes much simpler even for adults. Participation in adult swimming classes Brasov can be done regardless of age.

SWIMMING CLASSES
Swimming classes for children and adults, synchronous swimming, water polo, aqua gym, triathlon, aqua natal and aqua baby. Subscriptions include 8 lessons and are valid for one month from the first lesson.
SUMMER CAMPS
We organize summer camps in the mountains and the sea. Activities included will be visiting monuments, historical places, campfire and other camp games. Prices include accommodation, meals and entrance fees.
SKI CAMP
CS Luna Brasov organizes ski camps for children. In addition to skiing, children will have other activities such as skipass, snow-tubing, skating, cooking workshops, campfires and other cottage activities.

Why it is beneficial?

Swimming is one of the most effective, interesting, and relaxing sports. It offers the advantage of addressing all age categories-adult children swimming- allowing the participation of everyone who is eager to learn or refine. In addition, it is recommended for people suffering from different disorders, physical or mental. It is recommended for people prone to cardiovascular disease, diabetes.

Besides improving physical condition, by practicing swimming we can benefit from wellbeing and relaxation, swimming being practiced only in a recreational sense too.

The biggest benefit that attending swimming classes can bring us is that we set in motion the muscles and joints without having to bear any weight. This reduces the risk of injuries or damage. Due to water resistance, the body consumes more energy to move, causing the formation of a body free of cellulite.
